Infected Mushroom

Infected Mushroom is an Israeli musical duo formed in 1996 by producers Erez Eisen and Amit Duvdevani. They produce and perform , , dream trance and psychedelic music. They are one of the best-selling groups in Israeli music history in terms of both domestic and international sales.

Infected Mushroom released a brand new studio album in February 2024 titled ‘REBORN’. The album features 9 tracks, all of which are re-imagined and are new re-recordings of some of the band’s classic tracks from the 90s and beyond.

The album’s story begins in 2018 when Infected Mushroom started working on the repertoire they’ll play live in one of their iconic annual ‘IM’ special live concerts held in Israel. “As the work progressed on the show, we realized that we must play some very old tracks and fit them to nowadays sound standards,” says Infected Mushroom’s Amit Duvdevani. So naturally you’d say – let’s check the backups, but we ran into a little tiny problem, the tracks were so old that we didn’t even have backups back then!” So what did Infected Mushroom do?
