GETTING HERE

Tickets can be purchased online through our ticketing partner, Prekindle, or at the box office when doors open for the show. Please visit our calendar page to purchase online tickets.

Please note that the only way to ensure the validity of your ticket is by purchasing directly through our box office or our ticketing partner, Prekindle. Please exercise caution when purchasing tickets from any third party websites or resellers.

Tickets are only sold at the box office for the event happening that night. If you would like to purchase tickets for a future show, please purchase online.

Fees are associated through our ticketing partner both at the box office and online.

We’re located at 433 Pearl St, Buffalo NY 14202

There is open-air parking managed by Pay2Park, located at 432 Pearl St, Buffalo, NY 14202. There are also plenty of street options using the ‘Buffalo Roam’ street parking app available on iOS and Android stores.

We recommend carpooling or taking a rideshare or public transportation as parking may be limited at the venue and its surrounding neighborhood.

There are several hotels within a 5 minute walking distance of Electric City: Aloft Hotel, Embassy Suites, The Westin Buffalo, Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo, Holiday Inn Express and Suites Buffalo, Hyatt Regency Buffalo and Conference Center, The Curtiss Hotel.

Fast Pass allows you priority entry into the venue. Fast Pass holders will be the first in when the doors open and wait in a separate line to ensure priority entry. Fast Pass is not a ticket to the event and must be accompanied by an event ticket for entry.

BEING HERE

Times listed on our website and our ticketing page are door times. As a general rule of thumb, the show typically starts with the support band coming on an hour after door times. However, this is a very rough guideline and we generally recommend coming early to make sure you get a good spot and don’t miss the band!

While our on site box office does not carry regular hours, we will typically open it on days there are events, at door times.  You can only purchase tickets to the event that night.
